Yoga in Aldershot

If you’re looking for a friendly, encouraging and calm space in which to start or develop your yoga practice, you’ll be very much at home in my classes. I offer an authentic, grounded approach to teaching; one that truly welcomes all ages and abilities.

With small classes run from my garden studio in Aldershot, I make it my mission to ensure that you feel comfortable and supported, and that the class moves at a pace to match everyone’s needs.

Yoga has been an incredible positive force for me, helping me manage the many challenges that life brings. I have studied and taught yoga for 14 years, and yet I am still discovering its benefits. It brings me great pleasure to share what I have learned with my students.

My teaching is not only focused on increasing strength and fitness. When you join my yoga class, you’ll find ways to ease tension and anxiety, build confidence, grow greater awareness of the connectedness within your body and experience a calmer mind.

Long Covid and yoga practice
Over the past few years I’ve experienced Long Covid. Learning how to manage this often debilitating condition has enriched my approach to yoga teaching. If you’re suffering from the long term implications of Covid, we can work together to understand how to balance your yoga practice with limitations on energy and strength, as well as exploring ways to support deeper and easier breathing.
